Growth journey
2006
- Founder Shri. S.S. Tiwari Laid the foundation of Kingsley Engineering Service in a 10ft x 7ft office with 2 employees.
- His mission is to mfg. low cost made in india devices & spread awareness on storage tank safety to over 1000 customers worldwide.
2008
Kingsley Engineering Sevices (valve division) of Kingsley India Group starts manufacturing low cost (made in India) Flame Arresters, Breather Valves for chemical units in Gujarat.
2010
- Kingsley customer bases expands to 25 domestic customers.
- Kingsley enters into export market with direct orders from UAE, EGYPT & MALASIA.
2012
- Kingsley bags contract for repair and servicing of flame arrester, pressure vacuum relief valves for M/s. ONGC Ltd, Ahmedabad.
- Kingsley registers itself as central vendor with major PSU in India catering Oil & Gas segment.
2014
- Kingsley bags single order worth INR 2.1 CR for supply of storage tank protection devices for a storage tank terminal in Gujarat.
- Manufacturing shifted to a new 2000 sqm facility with introduction of CNC & VMC machines for precision & accuracy.
2016
- Employess strength increased from 10 to 24.
- Kingsley Eco Asia (fabrication division ) of Kingsley India group established to cater growing demands of economical industrial process equipment in Gujarat region.
2018
- Valve division bags award for one of the fastest growing indian Company in the field by The International Achievers Conference, New Delhi.
- Kingsley conducts customer awareness program in over 60 pharmaceutical, agrochemical and chemical units across India to spread awareness of storage tank safety and best engineering practices.
2020
- New 3000 sqm facility for valve division inaugurated to match the increasing production capacity.
- Kingsley Engineering Services gets recognized for its contribution in the field of Industrial Safety by National Economic Development Forum.
- Kingsley named Top 10 Engineering Service Provider by CEO Insight India.
2022
- New 9000 sqm facility inaugurated for fabrication division.

- All NDT procedures are LEVEL-III certified & approved.
- TPI certified WPS/PQR.
- Certified Skilled Welders & Technicians.
- Experience of working with TPI Agencies such as TUV NORD, TUV SUD, TUV RHEINLAND, IRCLASS, ICS, DNV, BUREAU VERITAS, QCS, TATA PROJECTS LTD & SGS.
- All functional test reports are generated in graphical format.
- Material Identification & Traceability maintained at all stages through proper identification

- Breather Valve test bench for sizes up to 8 Inches & testing capacity of maximum positive pressure of [+] 2 bar (g) & maximum negative pressure of [-] 0.7 bar (g)
- Approved Flame Test Bench for Inline & End of Line flame arrester with integrated ignition switch, pressure & flame sensors.
- Heavy Size pressure test bench for Emergency Relief Valves, Breather Valves above 8 inches & Pressure Safety Valve above 6 Inches.
- Cryogenic Test tank capable of testing valve at (-) 40 Deg C.
