Flame Arresters

Flame Arresters are safety device that prevents flame from propagating inside the storage and transportation systems carrying flammable liquid. These arresters are designed to quench the flame and prevent fire penetration, explosion or detonation in the system.

  • Kingsley has a wide range of flame arresters designed, manufactured & tested in accordance with various National & International standards such as BS 7244, EN 12874, ISO 16852, API 2000, IS 11006.
  • Kingsley Flame Arresters consist of a flame element made up of a corrugated metallic sheet tightly packed in the outer body providing a uniform Maximum Experimental Safe Gap for the effective protection against flame.

In Line Flame Arrester

Kingsley IN LINE Flame Arresters are designed and manufactured to prevent flame propagation inside lines and ducts carrying flammable liquid or gas.

These bi-directional flame arresters are designed to provide minimum pressure loss.

Kingsley Flame Arresters may also be installed with Temperature sensors to detect flame and initiate counter measures to extinguish fire. We also manufacture flame arresters for service complying NACE Standards.

End Of Line Flame Arrester

Kingsley END OF LINE Flame Arrester prevents flame from propagating inside storage tanks. These low maintenance END OF LINE Flame Arresters are installed at the end of pipeline or at the vent of storage tanks.
