EMERGENCY VENT ::::

Mainly these vents are mounted as secondary devices,
if  the  breather  valve  installed  on the storage is not
capable to relive  the  sudden  rised pressure. Normally
the EMERGENCY VENTS  are designed from 10” to 30”
in size. EMERGENCY VENTS above above 18” are also
used  as  MAN  HOLE  to  the  storage at  shut downs.
MOC of the vents are  DESIGNED in SS304 and SS316.
MOC  can be  changed  in  special  material as per the
customer requirement.The venting DEAD WEIGHT plate
is assembled with non  contact  sealing material, PTFE
backed with soft cushion Neoprene rubber sheet.

Calibration  of   this   vent   is   calibrated   after    the
calibration  of  BREATHER VALVE. The  calibration can
also be done in parallel to BREATHER VALVE venting if
the vapours or gases are not of hazardous.
